B-17G 'Tondalayo' of 406th B.S. (Picture 2)

Here we see 'Benny' in front of B-17G 'Tondalayo', the aircraft of Col. E. J. Aber, commanding officer of the 406th Bombardment Squadron, a leaflet dropping unit. The aircraft was shot down by British flak firing at German bombers on 4 March 1945 while returning from a mission.
