Here we see the Cleveland class light cruiser USS Dulith (CL-87) at sea off Norfolk, Virginia, on 11 December 1944, just before she began service as a training ship. Like her sister the Vicksburg (CL-86) she has dazzle camo, perhaps limited to training units.
